IDIS 614

Course Description

      A study of the concepts, issues, and techniques used to plan, analyze and control the logistics network. We examine the four key logistical decision making areas: customer service, inventories, facilities, and transportation. Of particular interest will be the study of techniques and technologies for managing and optimizing the logistical (supply) chain.
