The mission of the lab is to:

• Provide our students with cutting edge supply chain information technology education and train them for tomorrow’s global business challenges.
  
  
• Conduct applied research to solve current industry problems by developing processes, technology and connectivity to define, build, analyze, measure, improve and control the supply chain and its performance.
  
  
• Perform strategy development, process improvement and technology implementation projects for industrial wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers.
  
  
• Bring together students, researchers, technology providers and distribution industry professionals and act as a knowledge resource.
